Booking Terms & Conditions

• Amendments: All bookings can be amended free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival, including changes to the number of guests, date, dietary requirements or special requests.
• Event Cancellations: Cancellations or reductions in the number of guests will incur a 10% handling charge.
• Event Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival, or failure to attend your booking, will be charged in full.
• Afternoon Tea: A non-refundable deposit of £5 per person is required for all afternoon tea bookings. This does not apply to complimentary loyalty reward afternoon teas- please see your reward email for discount code. Reward discount codes can only be applied to 1 afternoon tea per booking.
• Cancellation by Threaplands: If Threaplands needs to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund.
